Terms & Conditions

Last updated November 4, 2026.

These terms apply to your use of councilbluffsmetalroofcoating.com, operated by Council Bluffs Metal Roof Coating.

Information on This Website

Roofing information here is general. Every roof is different, and the right repair or coating depends on an inspection of your building.

Ballpark Estimates

The estimate tool gives a preliminary planning range based on the roof area you enter. It is not a quote, a bid, or a contract. A final price depends on an inspection and a written agreement.

Requests Are Not Appointments

Sending a form is a request for contact. It does not confirm an appointment, an inspection date, or any work. Work begins only under a separate agreement.

Accuracy of What You Send

Please give accurate contact and building details so we can respond to your request.
